This site is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with an online shop platform which allows us to sell products and operate this site.
Online Payments
For online orders we accept accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Credit Cards and Apple Pay.
We use Stripe to process online payments via this Squarespace website. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.

Order Status & Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a confirmation email when your order is shipped. You may inquire about your order at helena@myendlesspicnic.com at any time.
Taxes
Canadian customers will be charged GST. International duties, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Free shipping within US and Canada using regular mail (5-7 days) for all purchases up until December 5th, 2016. International shipping and additional North American shipping options are available for selection at time of purchase. Shipping times are estimates.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 10 days provided product is returned undamaged and provided that you email me with notice of your intention to return the item to helena@myendlesspicnic.com prior to returning the item. Return shipment is at your expense.
